Charge case
Charging with charge case: The case's white LED flashes slowly.
Charging with earbuds: The case's white LED flashes slowly.
When charging with the earphones: LED remains white
Charging time: about 40 -60 minutes
Warning:
1. To ensure the battery life of the earphone, the earphones and the charge case should be charged once in a month.
2. When charging with charge case please use the 5V/1A charger.
Please don't use the fast charger which over 5V, to avoid damage on the charge case.
Pairing for operating
Step1. Open the charging case or long touch earphones to turn them on, they will be automatically paired.
Step2. At this point, open the device's Bluetooth to search for "T18" and then click to connect with device successful, voice prompted " Connected ".
*When the earphones connect to the same device again, open the lid of charge case it will turn on automatically then reconnect with the device, voice prompt
" Connected".
Turn on the earphone
Open the charging case, they will automatically power on, and enter automatic pairing.
Turn off the earphone
Put earphones into the charge case, and close the charge case.
*When the earphone disconnected for 3 minutes, it will automatically turn off.
Calling
When a call is coming, touch once any earphone to answer current call. Long touch
earphone to stop.

FAQ about the procuct
A. When the earphones can't be turned on
Check if the earphone has power (after the charge case is connected to the USB, and the earphone is charged in the charge case for more than 1 hour).
B. When the earphones have only one side sound or earphones can't pair successfully
1. Make sure that both earphones are powered and can be turned on normally.
2. Turn on the earphones the earphone will power on voluntarily, then you can connect with the device.
C. When the mobile phone cannot find the device
1. Confirm that the two earphones are turned on.
2. Check if the earphone is connected to other devices.
3. Change a clear area and reconnect it again.
D. When the earphone is stuck or disconnect while talking or playing music
1. The earphone is low on battery.
2. The distance between the mobile phone and the earphone is more than 10 meters.
3. There is large area of signal obstruction between the mobile phone and the earphone, such as a wall.
4. The left and right ears are not paired and synchronized, and need to be shut down and re-paired.
